Set up cones 5 steps from each other and grab as many balls as you can find.
For this drill, you are focusing on getting each ball to a cone as fast as possible then get back to the start at full speed to get the next ball. โฝ๏ธ
To make sure you have full control, stop the ball at each cone before going to get the next. โฝ๏ธ
Use the same foot to dribble with each ball and make sure to switch feet each set.
