3 ⚽️ Player Passing Activity
“Don’t train until you get it right, train until you can’t get it wrong.”
In this simple exercise we were working on technique and the weight of our pass. The player working was trying to play the ball firm. To build confidence, the servers can play the ball a tad bit slower to increase highest percentage of clean touches from the player working.

🚨Pre-Season Plan🚨 TSG Hoffenheim u23: competition to dribble through 3 mannequins with a 4th 10 yards away. There is a 5th marker 40/50yards away.
At the coaches signal they fly through all 4 mannequins back to the starting point, before leaving the ball for a sprint to the end.
